Real Dreams have always been known to men of all kind of cultures. In these dreams premonitions and prophecies are often present.

In the past

In the holy Bible we can find the dreams of Joseph (Genesis, 37.6) and the famous dreams of the Pharaoh of Egypt. “I felt like being on the river’s edge; out of the river came seven magnificent fat cows grazing nearby. After them came another seven cows, so ugly and skinny that I never saw the like in Egypt’s land; the ugly ones ate the other cows and didn’t even seem satisfied. They were actually as skinny and exhausted as before. I woke up and went back to sleep again and had another dream. Seven wheat ears grew from only one stem, they were ripe and beautiful; another seven grew from one stem, they were empty and dried out by the wind and they ate the beautiful ones.” Joseph said: “ The dream of the king is telling that the land of Egypt will be faced with seven years of an extraordinary abundance of crops followed by seven years of such bad famine that the previous good years will be soon forgotten.” And so it happened, but thanks to the dream, the wheat put aside on the years of plenty saved Egypt from starvation.
Saint Paul in his first letter to the Corinthians (12.7-10, 13.2,14) speaks about the gift of prophecy and of other potentiality of the human nature: “To every one has been given the manifestation of the Spirit for what is useful to him; to one was given the word of wisdom; to the other the word of science; to another yet the gift of healing; to another the prophecy… and if I had the gift of prophecy and knew all the sacred secrets and all the knowledge, and had so much faith to move the mountains, but abide no love in my heart, I’ll be nothing. Follow love. And care for spiritual gifts, specially the one of prophecy.”

In the present

The results of the experiments carried out in fifty years of scientific work on Psychic Research, including precognitions, have been evaluated using the ŒMeta-Analysis Technique, by many scientists and also by R. Rosenthal of Harvard University and Jessica Utts of Division of Statistic University of California, Davis. (see links). The conclusion was that: “the phenomena are very relevant and can be repeated; the casualty ratio is so low that the data examined have a relevancy and a validity much higher than many medicines sold on the market.” Using the statistic parameter of ŒEffect Size of 1987, was pointed out that the ratio for Aspirine has a value of 0,03, while the ratio of psychic phenomena is ten times higher, with a ratio of 0,29.
Only for precognition have been made 309 experiments with the study of 62 researcher and 2.000.000 precognitions from 50.000 people. The results have shown the casualty factor being so low that the extreme validity of the experiments and of other psychic phenomena were confirmed.
